Discover your strength. Find your balance. Empower your confidence.
Whether you’re here to conquer your next summit or to embrace a healthy lifestyle, Denver Highlands Personal Training can help you unlock the best version of yourself.
We all have our why.
Denver Highlands Personal Training can help make this the year you find and achieve yours.
-
Strength training is at the heart of our program. Sarcopenia is the degradation of muscle mass which naturally occurs as we age; osteoporosis affects our bones. There is something we can do about that! Lift, carry, push, pull and train hard! Strong muscles and bones are the foundation on which our lives are built. Learn effective, functional movement to keep you living your best, healthiest life.
-
Building upon our strength, mobility and stability is the continuum upon which we maintain our gait and balance. Engage in exercises to maintain or improve gait function for fall prevention. Let’s stay dynamic and active throughout our lives.
-
It is my intention to assist clients in becoming a well-rounded and functionally fit individual capable of performing activities of daily living and any fitness goals they may have. I offer one-on-one personal training in primal movement and functional weight training with an emphasis on form, technique, and joint and injury prevention. Sessions are tailored to your “why.” Let’s get you there.
